The first thing to note is that when checking the welding machine's internal or external joint terminals, the input power switch must be turned off before it can be implemented.


1. Do regular testing. If the welding machine is energized, check whether the cooling fan rotates smoothly; Whether there is abnormal vibration, sound, smell; Whether there is air leakage; Whether the joint between the welding wire and the insulation layer is loose or peeling off; Welding cables and wiring parts are abnormal heating.


2. As the welding machine is forced air cooled, it is easy to inhale dust from around and accumulate it in the machine. Therefore, we can regularly use clean and dry compressed air to blow away the dust inside the welding machine. In particular, transformers, reactor coils, gaps between coils, power semiconductors and other parts to clean up.


3. Periodically check the position of power cables. Whether the input side, output side and other terminal screws, as well as the wiring part of the external wiring, the wiring part of the internal wiring is loose, in the case of rust, remove rust, make the contact conductive.


4. Long-term use of welding machine will inevitably cause deformation, rust and damage to the shell due to contact, and internal parts will wear. Therefore, in the annual maintenance and inspection, the defective parts will be replaced, the shell repair and insulation deterioration. Parts reinforcement and other comprehensive maintenance work. During maintenance, the defective parts should be replaced with new products at one time to ensure the performance of the welder.
